Adiuvo has grown, in three years, from an approach to a London managing agent to trial our service to a unique and dedicated service for the property management industry that provides coverage for agents accross the England and Wales (see map).
With the introduction of outsourced daytime services our coverage now extends to all non office hours, 365 days a year and to all areas of England and Wales. Adiuvo is now responsible for the care of in excess of 100,000 units.
As former property managers with a combined 15 years experience, we have designed a service with staff trained in current property legislation and a reporting system that includes immediate incident reports emailed direct via our bespoke software and tailored weekly or monthly detailed reports.
Integrated with that is the availability of qualified and experienced tradesmen from plumbers to roofers. In short, a service which we had always wished existed. |
