We have developed a bespoke management and tracking system that allows our clients to stay fully informed at all times as to the status of their jobs.

The system allows the client to log in securely using their individual username and password to view their jobs currently active in a ticket format. The ticket will hold information relating to the nature of the problem, the current status and action taken. The system will automatically inform designated recipients once a new ticket is created and on completion of each job.

The system is specifically designed to ensure we can deal with your job effectively and efficiently. An individual portfolio is created for each client holding all relevant information relating to each individual property. On receipt of a maintenance call a new ticket is created which automatically records the time of the call and the operator's identity. The system allows for easy access to all current jobs ensuring all queries are answered promptly.
